What can you bring to our team – can you bring a story book alive for our children? Will you enhance their vocabulary and love of rhymes? Or do you bring a creative flare, helping to make a masterpiece for mums and dads whether painting or junk modelling? Do you have sound knowledge of The Blackpool Success from the Start document/development matters? Are you experienced in planning for individual children’s next steps?

You will need to be proactive and provide a safe, caring, stimulating and inclusive environment for all our children.
You must have sound knowledge of Blackpool Safeguarding Board Procedures, Safeguarding training and a valid Paediatric first aid certificate would be beneficial. An Enhanced DBS check will be required, alongside 2 full reference checks and a face to face interview.
Pay dependant on experience, opt in to our company pension scheme, uniform and annual bonus provided.
